I know what it feels like to hate the body looking back at you in the mirror.
After years of struggling with body image and disordered eating, I transformed my own life and now I help other women do the same.
For nearly a decade, my team and I have coached hundreds of women worldwide to lose weight, build muscle, and fall back in love with their bodies again.
Our mission is simple: to give you the confidence, energy, and strength to live life to the fullest, without fad diets or restrictions.

How does your online coaching work?

You will receive a fully personalised approach to training, nutrition and ongoing support. Your program includes tailored workouts, a bespoke nutrition plan with your calories and macronutrients calculated for you, plus simple guidance on how to stay on track even when life gets busy or meals are off plan.
You will complete a weekly check in with me and my team so we can review your weight, measurements, progress photos and training log. These check ins are essential because they show us exactly how you are progressing and whether anything needs adjusting to keep you moving forward.
You will also have direct support from me, my coaching team and a community of women who share the same goals. You will always feel supported, encouraged and guided every step of the way.

No! We’ll create a plan that works at home, in the gym, on the road or a mix of all three.

Absolutely! Your nutrition plan will be personalised to your preferences and any dietary requirements you have. We have worked with every type of eater, and our goal is to make sure you genuinely enjoy the meals in your plan. When your food suits your lifestyle and tastes, it becomes easy to stay consistent, and that is what delivers real results.

It is completely normal to feel unsure when starting something new, and many of our clients felt the same way at first. My job is to guide you, support you and help you build confidence from day one. The first step is often the hardest, but once you begin, you will feel the rewards very quickly, both physically and mentally.
Coaching with Chloe Inspires is not only about a body transformation, it is about learning how to create a healthier lifestyle, building habits that last, and developing new routines that stay with you long after the program ends. My goal is to help you grow into the strongest and happiest version of yourself, and I will be right there beside you as you do it.

No, you will not stay on the same plan throughout your journey. Every four to six weeks we will review your progress as a whole and create your next phase based on your results from the previous one. You will receive an updated nutrition plan with new meals, calories and macronutrient targets, along with a fresh training plan designed to match your goals and keep you progressing.
