Cost depends on your personal budget. At Chloeinspires we tailor coaching to fit you, your goals and your budget. We can easily change the cost through the coaching if needed – we know life happens and are very flexible. However, you should remember that this is an investment into your health and be prepared to swap a meal out a week for coaching!
We offer an upfront payment method where you get a slight discount. However, this does not work for everyone of course and you can pay monthly if you would like.
100%. At Chloeinspires Chloe is a trained Therapist and the key ethos here is that you cannot change your nutrition and fitness without addressing your mental wellbeing too. We really believe that it is important to focus on your mindset as well as everything else.
No! No gym membership is needed, you can do your workouts anywhere! If exercise is not possible right now we can also just focus on your health and nutrition. Of course if you would like to go to the gym that’s great!
